Ambulance Cakes (Offences) Act 2019

Any offence under this section is punishable by cake as defined in Appendix A of this act. For any part of this Act that is unclear, Section 15 will be the test to determine if an offence has been committed and the severity of the fine. Appeals or further clarification can be sought under guidance in Appendix C. This act supersedes all prior versions of Ambulance Cakes (Offences) Act.

For the purpose of this act, 'MGA' (Member of Green Army) is to be viewed as including, but not limited to the following Ambulance Crew of any country within the United Kingdom:

- Emergency Doctor

- Critical Care Paramedic

- Paramedic

- Student Paramedic

- Emergency Care Assistant

- Emergency Care Support Worker

- Emergency Care Practitioner

- Emergency Medical Technician

- Advanced Care Paramedics

- Emergency Ambulance Crew

- Trainee Emergency Ambulance Crew

- Hazard Area Response Team (HART)

- Advanced Emergency Medical Technician

- Associate Ambulance Practitioner

- Trainee Associate Ambulance Practitioner

- EOC / Control Staff

Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
