15Peer Majority Cakes E+W

(1)A MGA may commit an offence if the majority of their peers (‘the team’) determine as such that they have done so.

(2)Any offence considered under Section 15(1) must not be covered under a different section within The Act unless—

(a)The exact circumstances do not fit under the 'relevant' section.

(b)Access to this Act in full is not possible and all reasonable steps have been taken to view The Act. (i.e Apocalypse).

(3)Any offence committed as a result of a 'peer majority decision' can not be viewed as bullying if it is actually for the benefit of team morale.

(4)An Offence under Section 15(1) is aggravated if—

(a)The MGA argues the point beyond any that is reasonable.

(b)An appeal under Appendix C is rejected.

(5)An MGA commits an Offence if they—

(a)Abuse their position as a 'senior MGA' and try to overly persuade the majority and this abuse leads to a 'cakeable offence' being enforced.

(b)Abuse Section 15(1) without first considering other Sections within The Act.
