19Miscellaneous Cake Offences E+W

(1)A MGA is guilty of an Offence if they—

(a)say the 'Q' word on any shift, which subsequently unleashes chaos;

(b)handover any patient but when doing so say the wrong name;

(c)leaving the Ambulance in such a mess it requires cleaning before deployment;

(d)fail to insert Intraosseous Needle;

(e)cause bleeding when inserting nasal airway;

(f)accidentally shock anyone who was not the intended recipient of said shock;

(2)An offence under Section 19(1)(f) is aggrivated if—

(a)said person then becomes a patient when they were not beforehand.
