7Drug and Medicine Cakes E+W

(1)A MGA is guilty of an Offence if they—

(a)leave the base without the appropriate drugs for the duty;

(b)attend any shout and subsequently forget or leave behind any unused drugs;

(c)administer any drugs incorrectly to a patient;

(2)Any offence under Section 7(1)(c) is aggravated if any of the following apply—

(a)the administration of any drugs causes any complications for a patient, however minor;

(3)Recovery of any drugs left at a shout, or correcting any offences under Section 7(1)(c) will not be a defence in law.
