9Resolved Complaint Cakes E+W

(1)A MGA is guilty of an Offence if they—

(a)A complaint against them is resolved in a complaint from;

(i)HCPC Tribunal;

(ii)any NHS Management;

(b)any complaint under Section 9 (1)(a) taking in excess of six months to complete.

(2)An offences under Section 9 (1)(a)(i) and Section 9 (1)(a)(ii) taking less than six months may still be an offence if;

(a)the complaint is as a direct result of any offence under Section 7;

(b)Any complaint is covered by any media. This excludes local NHS 'News' pages.
