For the purposes of the standard cake fine, it should be noted that 'Jaffa Cakes' either branded as such or differently, are not cakes for the purposes of this Act.
Cakes is understood to include any of the following; this list is not exhaustive

(1)Cakes

(2)Muffins

(3)Cookies

(4)Doughnuts

(5)Slices

Cakes is understood to include any of the following in the instance of an aggravated offence—

(1)Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

(2)Cream Cakes

(3)Homemade / freshly baked cakes

(4)An overwhelming number of 'standard cakes' resulting in at least two each.

(5)M&S Yumnut

Under Section 8, cakes as defined above can replaced with exciting treat from a holiday destination.

Krispy Kremes are known as the 'Gold' Standard of any Cake Fine

ANY offence committed by anyone of the rank of Inspector or above will always be aggravated.

Cakes provided must be to a level that every person within the Officer's immediate team should be able to enjoy a generous helping of the 'Cake' provided. If the 'Cake fine' is of lesser quantity than this, then the fine is not paid, and should be repaid in full at the earliest opportunity. The first attempt at paying a fine will not count towards the payment.

Any debate if the quantity of such cake is sufficient should be referred to appeal as Per Appendix C of this act.
