APPENDIX EE+W

This section has no associated Explanatory Notes

If any section, or sub-section within this act could reasonably be applied to a member of another 'law enforcement' body, then for the purpose of the prosecution of Cake Offences, they should be treated as an 'Officer.'

These cakes should be be dealt with locally with the overiding principle being as outlined at the end of Appendix C.

The usual route of Appeal can be made to @CakeLegislator ("appointed person") as per Appendix C, with the provision that the Appointed Person can draw on other experts to help formulate a decision.

Any decision made by the "appointed person" is final and cannot be further challenged.
