19Serious Arrest CakesE+W

(1)An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they—

(a)make an arrest for any of the following offences—

(i)Murder;

(ii)Attempted Murder;

(iii)Death by Dangerous Driving;

(iv)Death by Careless Driving;

(v)Human Trafficking;

(vi)Any other serious offence, under which Section 15 should be considered.;

(2)Any offence under Section 19 (1)(a)(i) is aggravated.
