25Miscellaneous Cake Offences E+W

(1)An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they —

(a)say the 'Q' word on any shift, which subsequently unleashes chaos;

(b)have a handcuff malfunction of any type, resulting in 'The Fire Service' having to be called;

(c)fill any Police Vehicle with the wrong type of fuel;

(d)place handcuffs on a person, and subsequently realise you do not have a key to take them off.

(e)play ANY Xmas song within a Police vehicle, before 1st December, or allow a Xmas song to play in a Police vehicle without changing the channel.

(2)An offence under Section 25(1)(e) is aggrivated if—

(a)the song played is "Last Christmas" by Wham.

(b)the officers sing along to any said Xmas Song.

(3)An Officer of any Marine Unit commits an offence if they;—

(a)cause any unintentional entry into the water.

(b)commit any offence within this Act whereby their 'vehicle' could be reasonably taken to be a 'vessel' of any type.

(4)(repealed).
