26Training Course Cakes E+W

(1)An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they pass—

(a)a driving course;

(b)an STO (Taser) course;

(c)a Police Support Unit (PSU) Level 2 course;

(d)any other significant course, lasting longer than three duty days as deemed appropriate by the 'peer majority' as defined in Section 15(1).

(e)a MOE (Method Of Entry) Course.

(2)A Officer is guilty of an Offence if they fail—

(a)any driving course, part of driving course of driving related theory test,

(b)any other significant course, due to last longer than three duty days as deemed appropriate by the 'peer majority' as defined in Section 15(1);

(3)Any offences under Section 26(2) are aggravated if -.

(a)the subsequent course fail is the 3rd failure of the same course in its current format,

(4)There are no statutory defences for any offences under Section 26..
