27Cake Legislator Cakes E+W

(1)An Officer is guilty of an Offence if are found guilty by the 'Appointed Person' (Cake Legislator) —

(2)An Officer is guilty of an aggrivated Offence if are found guilty by the 'Appointed Person' (Cake Legislator) —

(3)Section 27(1)(2) is enforced when no other part of the act applies, and the matter is not subject to an appeal under Appendix C and the 'appointed person' has been asked or has decided to give a ruling on a matter.

(4)The 'appointed person' may chose to take a matter to a public poll, of which the result will be deemed a 'Peer Majority' under Section 15 of this act.
